2021 Earth Day Celebration : What Does the Earth Mean to Me?

Earth Day 2021                           Written by : Clare Sohn Earth, the third planet from the Sun, the only astronomical object known to harbor life, and the beautiful home for all human needs our help to flourish and thrive! This is why we celebrate April 22, annually as it is Earth Day! The day in which over a billion people honor and commemorate support for the protection of a clean, and sustainable habitat for all living beings on this planet.  Being celebrated since 1970, Earth Day continues to be a phenomenal event where ideally, people can express their love for the Earth.  As everyone has different opinions and perspectives, it is important to understand the big question, “What does the Earth Mean to Me?”.  To me personally, as a sophomore in High School, I take for granted the world in which we live in today.   28th Green Climate Fund Board Meeting Notes First Day (March 16, 2021) The 28th Board meeting commenced with a short speech from the new co-chairs (Mexico and France) who were nominated after the B27 in November last year. The agenda for the whole meeting was presented but was rejected by developing country Board members.
