  Trust, A Detriment to Fixing Climate Change Written by : Winston Lee (high school student intern, June 2021) Historically, the countries that profited the most out of natural resources are now political and economic powerhouses. Think the United States, China, the European Union, who were able to generate immense amounts of greenhouse gases without considering the consequences. Now that we are living in a generation concerned about the risks of carbon emissions, these nations and other countries formed the Paris Agreement in 2015 to help combat the risks of climate change.             Climate Transparency Interview The following are the edited interview contents conducted by two Kyunghee University students on June 4, 2021, via zoom.  Q.     1: Tell us about your work at the organization I am in charge and coordinator of the Chapter's climate governance integrity project. Part of my work includes both local and international activities. For example, domestically, I am collaborating with youth and adults on programs and activities related to climate change integrity and transparency issues. I help organize transparency clubs at high schools and provide advice to their leaders and members. I am currently monitoring and engaging with civil society organizations active on Samcheok Blue Power coal-fired plant construction.
